g-random-int-range (begin end)

Arguments

begin -- an integer with the lower closed bound of the interval
end -- an integer with the upper open bound of the interval

Return Value

An integer with the random number.

Details

Returns a random integer equally distributed over the range [begin ... end -1 ].
