chooser -- a gtk-file-chooser widget
uri -- a string with the URI of the folder to remove

True if the operation succeeds, false otherwise.

Removes a folder URI from a file chooser's list of shortcut folders. See also the function gtk-file-chooser-add-shortcut-folder-uri.
