gdk-cursor-new (type)

type -- a value of the gdk-cursor-type enumeration with the cursor to create

A new gdk-cursor object.

Creates a new cursor from the set of builtin cursors for the default display. See the gdk-cursor-new-for-display function.

To make the cursor invisible, use the :blank-cursor value of the gdk-cursor-type enumeration. The gdk-cursor-new function has been deprecated since version 3.16 and should not be used in newly written code. Use the gdk-cursor-new-for-display function instead.
