gdk-selection-send-notify (requestor selection target property time)

requestor -- a gdk-window object to which to deliver response
selection -- a gdk-atom as a string with the selection that was requested
target -- a gdk-atom as a string with the target that was selected
property -- a gdk-atom as a string with the property in which the selection owner stored the data, or "NONE" to indicate that the request was rejected
time -- an unsigned integer with the timestamp

Sends a response to the :selection-request event.
