gtk-tree-store-move-before (store iter position)

store -- a gtk-tree-store
iter -- a gtk-tree-iter iterator
position -- a gtk-tree-iter iterator or nil

Moves iter in store to the position before position. iter and position should be in the same level. Note that this function only works with unsorted stores. If position is nil, iter will be moved to the end of the level.
